For MAJORAL, having good representation at each point of sale is paramount, which is why we would like to study the space together with you and determine the best display option.

Subject to prior agreement, MAJORAL may offer display elements.

The first order should be inspiring for both parties and will help us position the brand among your customers, who should have a broad view of MAJORAL designs.

The first order will be minimum 10.000€ and will include representation from the latest 3 collections (new items). Delivery time will be 30-40 working days. Periodic replenishments of lower amounts can be made, with a delivery time of 30 working days.

Payment terms will always be as follows; 50% upon order confirmation, 50% before shipping. MAJORAL will send packaging elements subject to prior agreement.

Orders or replenishments will be shipped free of charge when they exceed 2.500€ or its equivalent in other currencies. For shipments to the United States, MAJORAL will only cover shipping and customs costs in Spain.

For repair management, please contact us first at info@majoral.teinor.biz and inform us of the piece(s) to be sent. Shipping costs to our workshop are paid by the customer, and return shipping costs from our workshop to the customer are covered by MAJORAL.

We believe communication is essential for success, so MAJORAL will continuously provide information about new items from our communication department marketing@majoral.teinor.biz, as well as material for social media and web. We will handle special requests by contacting the department. Commercial visits will be arranged by both parties.

Return of pieces is generally not allowed, but we are willing to study particular cases.

If we accept the return or exchange of an item, it will have the following conditions:

- The return amount will be discounted from the next order; we will never make cash refunds.

- Returns of pieces purchased in the last 12 months will have a 5% price penalty.

- For returns of silver pieces purchased more than 12 months ago, silver jewelry will have a 5% price penalty, mixed combination pieces 7.5%, and gold pieces 10%.

We will not accept returns of pieces that have been customized or differ from the collection model.
