Shipping

Majoral ships orders worldwide. Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the shipping address indicated by the User once payment has been verified, with a maximum delivery term of thirty (30) days as established by default by Law.

The delivery service of Enric Majoral SL – Majoral is carried out in collaboration with different prestigious logistics operators. Delivery will not be made to Post Office Boxes, Hotels, or other non-permanent addresses.

Shipping costs correspond to the destination. Local transport cost (Barcelona) will be 5€. National (rest of Community, Peninsula, Balearic Islands), 10€. European Economic Community, 20€ and rest of territory, 45€.

Returns

The user has the right of withdrawal, for which they must inform Majoral's Customer Service, and withdraw from the purchase made within a period not exceeding seven (7) working days, counted from the receipt of the product. The product must be sent in its original packaging and in perfect condition within a period not exceeding thirty (30) calendar days, to the following address:

Withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid for the piece, excluding shipping costs. Transportation costs generated by the return will be borne by the buyer. The term for this refund will be as established by Law, after having received from Enric Majoral SL the Product subject to withdrawal in perfect condition.

The right of return cannot be exercised when the Product is not returned in its original packaging and/or when the Product is not in perfect condition.

Changes

Size or model changes can be made within 14 working days from the receipt of your order. The product must retain its original packaging and be in perfect condition.

Please contact Majoral's Customer Service in advance and we will inform you of the available options

For size changes:

Send the jewelry to Majoral, we will adjust it and send it back within no more than 7 working days.

For model changes, we offer two options:

Option 1: Return the product to Majoral prior to your new purchase, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid as soon as we receive and verify it. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Option 2: Make a new purchase before returning the product.

In this case, the same courier who will deliver your new order will collect the return package at no cost. Once received and verified, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid. This service is only available in Spain.
